ENSIGHT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING S.R.L. is looking for exceptionally talented students who are passionate to learn about management consulting!

If you:
-are a last year BA or MA student (any educational background)
-are fluent in two foreign languages
-know MS Office very well
-have good academic credentials and a strong record of extracurricular work
-act as a dedicated team player
-have strong analytical and “out-of-the-box” thinking capabilities
-feel highly committed to achieving challenging goals,
-then, you will have the chance to experience what management consulting is about, by:
-working on external assignments in one or more of our practice areas (Strategy, Operations, Finance, People, Technology), in industries such as: oil & gas, financial services, retail and distribution
-supporting Ensight consultants in various projects
-getting familiar with and applying Ensight methodologies
-joining a young and dynamic team
-attending training courses

You will get the chance to get to know the company and prove your capabilities and skills in a case study exercise.

The best students will be awarded a 3 months internship at Ensight!
Once you join: The first month will be a good opportunity to prove your skills, abilities and creativity. Well performing interns will qualify to receive a financial incentive for the following two months. PLUS – the best of our interns eventually become our colleagues.
