Institutul Cultural Roman (ICR) a acordat cinci burse pentru tineri romani care vor studia, timp de zece luni, in universitati din Grecia, Marea Britanie, Germania si Elvetia. Tinerii vor beneficia de burse a caror valoare este cuprinsa intre 700 si 1.000 de euro lunar.
