– to offer correct information to the clients, regarding company's
products and services
– to promote our products and services
– to process all the necessary changes in the client's profile
– offering assistance and counseling to the clients
– recording all the important aspects of the conversation into
specific databases

This position is a 12 months assignment
Candidate profile Qualifications required:

– English – conversational level;
– high school graduate/university degree
– PC knowledge (MS Office );
– experience in a customer service related area is a plus
