Requirements:
– Student of Bachelor or Master Student in Computer Science/ Business IT or related area

Job Role: supporting the PC installed base , reporting and documentation, asset database management, software licensing follow-up, remote client supportMain

Responsibilities:
– Ensure optimum coverage of the IT base at all times.
– Help planning and implementing refreshed hardware, respecting the Hardware Lifecycle process and the hardware deployment and imaging procedures.
– Ensure the maintenance of a legitimate software environment within Europe.
– Bring and maintain the IT base to the standard level defined by the Design Team. – Produce and maintain up to date all Client operating procedures and documentation.
– Maintain the synchronization between Active Directory, LANDesk and Symantec Endpoint Protection databases.
– Remotely deploy disk images in bulk hardware refreshment phases.
– Conduct 1st level support through remote control.
– Deploy different software solutions on demand.
– Apply security patches for all client devices in all sites.
– Remotely help users for printers installation and connection, drivers deployment.
– Draw-up specific periodical reports
