HP HR Global Functions is seeking Interns for our HR Management Associate Program (HR MAP) in Romania.

This is a 3 months temporary program.

Program Summary

The aim of the HR MAP Internship Program is to build a solid bench of next generation HR Leaders through a three-month internship in HP’s HR function.

Requirements
Work experience of at least 2 years in human resources, business, or a related field
Candidates must have completed or be enrolled in a Master’s program or equivalent, in a Business or Human Resources discipline
Legal authorization to work in the country of hire – HP will not sponsor candidates for employment visas
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including English)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven project management skills
Business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders to achieve organizational strategies and objectives
Multicultural exposure would be considered a strong advantage
