Requirements:
– Las year student or Master student (Business Economics, Mathematics-Informatics, Economical Engineering)
– Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS Access, MS SharePoint)
– Experience in working with macros (VBA)
– Very good English skills (speaking / writing / reading)
– Java Script is a plus
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
SUMMARY OF ROLE
– The role involves participation in PWS Resource Management Team activity in developing systems to improve Engineering Resources development, planning and allocation
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify tools to implement the project feedback collection system according to specifications;
– Develop and test the project feedback collection system and integrate it with the RFR system and Competences database;
– Develop the online CVs database with possibility to export data as Word/PDF;
– Migrate existing CV data to the online database;
– Develop specific documentation for the project feedback system and CVs online database (User’s Guide, development specifications);
– Offer support with Recovery Analysis / General Inquiry / Operational Effectiveness monthly downloads for compilation of the Utilization and Operational Effectiveness reports.
– Collect data to update Competences database.
