The IT Department of Ubisoft Romania is looking for an Application Support Analyst for a 6 Months Internship, to assure 2nd level support and maintenance for the company’s corporate applications.

The responsibilities of this job are mainly focussed on providing functional support for internal customers on HR and Online applications.

HERE IS ALL ABOUT THE APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST:

Your tasks

Under the responsibility of the Support Team Manager your role as Application Support Analyst is to:

• Support customers in the use of IT processes and tools (HR and Online applications)
• Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issue
• Collaborate with the other teams to identify the best solution for the system errors/developments
• Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved when possible
• Provide trainings for the key and end-users
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of help-desk and end-user documentation
• Effectively utilize support processes and tools (i.e.: self service interface, ticketing tool, internal knowledge base etc.)

Your profile:

Essential skills:

• Last year student or graduate
• Previous interaction with IT systems and applications
• Previous customer experience is desirable
• Advanced English language skills
• Medium level of French
• Basic SQL knowledge is desirable

Desirable personal skills:

• Innovative;
• Able to assimilate business changes and incorporate them in the IT systems;
• Sense of humor, positive approach and team-work orientation;
• Enthusiasms for learning new technologies.
